What is a Circular Journey Ticket?
Indian Railways has introduced this service to give a break to the break journey rules when the passengers want to travel in a particular circular route. If a passenger wants to travel from Delhi- Ahmedabad-Mumbai–Goa-Kerala-Kanyakumari–Delhi, so instead of buying a separate ticket for each destination, one can buy a collective ticket for all these spots at once, through which the traveler can save money and make their journey economical. The circular ticketing option is best for pilgrims who want to visit maximum numbers of holy places without the hassles of purchasing separate tickets for every destination. Circular Journey tickets give you the benefit of telescopic rates, which are considerably lower than regular point-to-point fare. It not only saves time but also keeps away from the inconvenience of booking a ticket at every break of the journey. One can order quality food in train even after holding a circular journey ticket. All you need is a valid PNR number to order delicious food during the train journey.
